Soteri's apps are available through the Atlassian Marketplace with subscription-based pricing that varies by the number of users on your Atlassian instance.
Cloud apps can be purchased monthly or annually, while Data Center apps require an annual subscription.
Your app license tier must match your Atlassian product's user tier exactly - for example, if you have a 500-user Confluence license, you will need a 500-user Soteri app license.
What's the difference between Cloud and Data Center pricing?
Cloud pricing is per-user monthly with volume discounts as you scale. Teams up to 10 users can use any of our apps free, then pricing starts at under $1 per user per month. Annual plans save you 2 months (~17% discount).
Data Center pricing uses annual flat-fee tiers starting as low as $10 for small teams up to 25 users, with enterprise pricing available for larger organizations.
Can I try Soteri apps before purchasing?
Absolutely! Cloud apps include a free 30-day evaluation period that automatically starts when you install from the Atlassian Marketplace. Data Center apps come with a 30-day free trial that can be extended up to 6 times (6 months total) by generating new evaluation licenses.
Plus, teams with 10 or fewer users get our Cloud apps completely free.
What happens if my team size changes?
Cloud subscriptions automatically adjust each billing cycle based on your current user count—you only pay for active users.
Data Center licenses are purchased for specific user tiers, so you'll need to upgrade to the next tier if you exceed your current limit.
How do I purchase and manage billing?
All purchasing, billing and licensing is handled directly through the Atlassian Marketplace. For billing questions, refunds, or payment issues, contact Atlassian's billing team. For product support or multi-app discounts, reach out through our support portal.
